Questions
What replaces Help Scout without a per-seat licence?
Chatwoot leads this list on measured signals (53). Chatwoot is a customer inbox: website chat, email, and other channels in one queue. The licence file puts everything outside the enterprise directory under MIT. That is a permissive licence, which matters if an agency wants to extend it.
How much does Help Scout cost for 10 people over three years?
We have not stored a list price. Vendor pages and roundups disagreed, or the page was not re-checked for this build. Type the figure on your invoice into the calculator. The calculator on this page uses the number on your invoice, not a guessed list price.
Is Open SaaS Alternatives affiliated with Help Scout?
No. Help Scout is a product of Help Scout. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Help Scout. “Replaces Help Scout” describes the job, not a partnership.
